This certification is experiential because you can’t teach embodiment from a worksheet.
Throughout the training, you will:
Participate in guided movement labs
Explore grounding, connection, and emotional flow sequences
Practice teaching in low-pressure, supportive demonstrations
Complete short reflections after each module
Submit a final practicum video or live demo
Use the My Emotions Dance Journal™ to track your personal journey

A certification that ensures quality, integrity, and readiness.
To become an official Juan’s Mindset Method™ Facilitator, you will:
Complete all modules
Pass all quizzes
Submit your practicum teaching video/demo
Complete the final written reflection
Agree to and uphold facilitator ethics & scope-of-practice guidelines
Once certified, you gain permission to facilitate JMM programs inside your organization, with opportunities for advanced training and expanded licensing as you grow.
