What if we don't have dance experience on our staff?
That’s exactly why we created the certification training! Our program is designed so that even staff members without dance backgrounds can successfully facilitate this program. The choreography is accessible, and we provide detailed instruction guides plus ongoing support.
How much space do we need for this program?
You need enough space for 8-15 participants to move comfortably. Most community center rooms, school gymnasiums, or large classrooms work perfectly. We provide space requirement guidelines in your toolkit.
What ages does this program serve?
The program is designed for ages 11-17, with modifications provided for different developmental stages. The traditional Quinceañera celebrates the 15th birthday, but the leadership and confidence-building elements benefit a wider age range.
Can we adapt this program for non-Latine youth?
