Refund Policy
Certification, Training & Licensing Refund Policy
Applies to all Elysiran™ / JMM Dance Co. certifications, workshops, digital products, and licensing programs.
To protect our intellectual property, maintain program integrity, and ensure fairness for all participants, the following terms apply universally:
1. Registration Refunds (Live Workshops + Virtual Trainings)
All certifications include immediate access to digital curriculum, downloadable materials, and proprietary resources. Therefore:
Full refund available only if:
– Cancellation occurs within 48 hours of registration, and
– No materials have been accessed or downloaded.
50% refund available if:
– Cancellation is made 14 or more days before the scheduled live training date, and
– Less than 15% of course content has been opened.
No refunds will be issued:
– Within 13 days of the scheduled training date, or
– After materials have been accessed (regardless of time frame).
Rescheduling
You may reschedule one time to another live or virtual workshop at no charge, subject to availability.
2. Digital Courses, Online Access & Downloadable Materials
Because digital intellectual property cannot be returned:
All online courses, digital downloads, curriculum files, and licensing materials are final sale and non-refundable, regardless of use or completion status.
3. Licensing Fees (Annual or Program-Based)
Licensing fees are non-refundable once any of the following occur:
Curriculum or brand assets are accessed
Directory listing tools are issued
Instructor/business license is activated
Licensing functions as a protected intellectual property agreement; therefore, all licensing fees are final.
4. Transfers & Substitutions
To maintain clarity and integrity in certification tracking:
Seat Transfer to Another Person:
If you wish to transfer your registration to a new participant:
A $75 administrative transfer fee applies and subject to approval by discrecion of Elysiran LLC.
Transfer requests must be submitted 7 days before the training date.
Business Staff Substitutions:
Licensed organizations may substitute staff at any time for a $75 administrative update fee, ensuring licensing documentation remains compliant before the new staff member teaches under the program.
5. No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend their scheduled training (virtual or in-person) and have not rescheduled in advance are considered no-shows.
No-shows forfeit all payments, and no reschedules, transfers, or refunds will be granted.
